The right concept is crucial for the success of the training. This concept will have the following targets in mind:

• language skills already acquired should be put to use correctly and effectively.
  
• previous knowledge of the language is to be reinforced, enhanced and expanded.
  
• gaps are to be filled and fluency improved.
• new language acquired and implemented should be suitable for the situation and environment.
• personal support will be consistent, continuous and individual at all times before, during and after the project.
